Schedule & Fees
I currently schedule appointments 10:00 – 7:00 Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and 10:00 – 6:00 on Saturdays.
My professional fee is $150 per 50-minute session and $270 per 90-minute session.
24-Hour Cancellation Policy
Please note: I charge my full fee for all booked appointments unless I receive cancellation notice at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time.
Full payment is due at each session. I can accept cash, check, or credit card payments in the office.
Note: I am NOT on any managed care/insurance panels. However, services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan if your insurance reimburses for out-of-network providers. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
- How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
It will be up to you to make these arrangements. I can provide a statement-of-service (receipt) for you to submit to your insurance company to seek reimbursement where possible, but I do expect full payment at each session.
